WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please review the full Nectar warranty policy below.

  • Warranty inspection and service is arranged through and approved solely by Nectar Support. 

  • If you think you may require warranty service, please get in touch with the Nectar team by submitting a support request to info@nectardevices.com.

  • Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a picture or video demonstrating the warranty defect.

  • If required to return device, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

  • Warranty services are given priority and will be processed within four business days upon receipt of the device by the Nectar team.

  • Nectar Devices is not responsible for lost packages if your package is not scanned by Aus Post with the label we provide.

NECTAR WARRANTY DETAILS

One (1) Year Limited Warranty Information

Nectar Devices ("Nectar") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Nectar will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Please see our return policy below for refunds.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. 

Nectar One (1) Year Limited Warranty may be limited in specific countries, please inquire for more information. Nectar is available in select locations. 

Exclusions and Limitations 

The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Nectar Devices that can be identified by the logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorised retailer, serviced by an authorised Nectar distributor.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Nectar products.

This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by Nectar; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.

Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay. Nectar warranties only apply to devices purchased at any authorised retailer serviced by an authorised Nectar distributor. For questions regarding authorised retailers, please contact us.

Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way automatically voids the Warranty.
